ONE - Amaro

This amaro is the first in our line of limited-edition botanical spirits. We began work on Single Batch One before officially opening for business. It rested for 9 months in a new American oak barrel and two years in several different glass demijohns, infusing different botanicals each step of the way. Finally, we combined them all into a stainless steel tank to rest. With notes of burnt citrus and kola nut, we like to think of this as an amaro that blurs the line between aperitivo and digestivo.
