MARSEILLE is based on the secret recipe of four medieval thieves. They were caught stealing from plague victims in Marseille. In exchange for clemency, they revealed their secret concoction. With notes of cinnamon, eucalyptus, and honey, this amaro can be enjoyed neat or in a variety of cocktails.

MITHRADATES - Vino Amaro

MITHRADATES is a vino amaro inspired by Mithridatum. The creation of the original recipe is attributed to Mithradates VI, ruler of Pontus in the 1st century BCE and was regarded as one of the most complex and well-known herbal elixirs for centuries. It is made with a red wine from the Finger Lakers region of upstate New York using hybrid grapes that are fermented naturally with indigenous yeast and and infused with over 32 botanicals. With notes of figs, cardamom, cedar, and mace, this amaro can be enjoyed neat or on ice.

RED - Aperitivo

RED is a bittersweet aperitivo infused with 13 botanicals including orange, chamomile and rose. Perfect mixed with soda water or grapefruit juice, on the rocks with lime, or in a Negroni.

BLUE - Gin

BLUE is a botanical forward gin infused with 18 botanicals including juniper, grapefruit and mint. It is unfiltered so it will create a pearlescent effect when poured over ice or when mixed with tonic.

BROWN - Coffee Liqueur

BROWN is a coffee liqueur made in collaboration with our friends at Café Integral. It is made with a single origin coffee bean –pacamará ambar– grown by Don Sergio Ortez in Nicaragua and roasted in Brooklyn. It is a combination of a cold brew extraction and a ground bean maceration. Serve neat after dinner or mix into cocktails.

YELLOW - Génépi

YELLOW is a génépi aperitif. It is a fortified and aromatized wine made with hybrid grapes from New York’s finger lakes and génépi flowers grown in the French Alps. It is delicate and floral; serve over ice, in a spritz with club soda or sparkling wine, or in place of vermouth in a stirred cocktail.

ONE - Amaro

This amaro is the first in our line of limited-edition botanical spirits. We began work on Single Batch One before officially opening for business. It rested for 9 months in a new American oak barrel and two years in several different glass demijohns, infusing different botanicals each step of the way. Finally, we combined them all into a stainless steel tank to rest. With notes of burnt citrus and kola nut, we like to think of this as an amaro that blurs the line between aperitivo and digestivo. We are sold out but hopefully there are some bottles in collections out there.
